A hard stop, not a surprise bill
When the balance runs out, workflows stop running. You are never invoiced for spend you did not buy up front, because there is no overage to invoice.
Top up whenever you need to
Buy extra budget from €5, at any time, on every plan. Optional auto-top-up refills at a threshold you set, with a monthly ceiling you control.
Plan budget resets, credit rolls over
The monthly allowance is use-it-or-lose-it. Credit you have actually paid for rolls over until it expires — one month on Free and Basic, three on Pro and Teams, six on Enterprise.

What exactly does the budget pay for?
Model and provider usage — every LLM call, image, video, and audio generation a workflow makes. The seat price is the budget, not a fee on top of it: pay €49 and €49 arrives in the workspace to spend.
What happens when I run out mid-workflow?
The run stops and tells you why. Nothing is charged beyond the budget you already hold. Top up, and you can run it again.
How do Teams seats work?
You are billed per seat, and every seat adds its own budget to the shared workspace wallet. Add someone mid-month and you pay — and receive — the pro-rated remainder.
Do I need Teams for more than one person?
Yes. Free, Basic and Pro are single-seat plans. Collaborating on a shared canvas starts at Teams.
Can I use my own provider API keys?
On Enterprise. You can run entirely on your own accounts and contracts instead of an included balance.
