Privacy Policy
Effective June 10, 2026
Who we are
Mosa is operated by Ambassadors Lab. This policy describes how we handle information you share with us through this website and the beta waiting list. Questions about it can be sent to info@ambassadors.com .
What we collect
When you submit the waiting-list form, we store:
- The email address you provide.
- The role you select and, if you choose to share it, a short note about your biggest AI bottleneck.
- Whether you opted in to our newsletter, and an optional referral code if you enter one.
- The IP address and user agent of the request, used only to detect abuse.
- A timestamp of the submission.
We may also invite you to complete a Google Form to register your interest in more detail. If you fill it in, we collect the information you enter there:
- Your full name.
- Your email address.
- Your company.
- Your role.
We don't place advertising cookies or track you across other websites. We use analytics only with your consent — see Cookies & analytics below.
How we use it
When you join the list we send you a confirmation email, and we use your address to notify you about Mosa beta access and the product launch. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it lives
Waiting-list records are controlled by Ambassadors Lab and stored on infrastructure hosted in the EU. Access is limited to staff who need it to operate the beta program.
Who processes it for us
We rely on a small number of service providers (sub-processors) who handle waiting-list data on our behalf, under data-processing agreements and only for the purposes described above:
- Scaleway — EU cloud provider (data centres in Amsterdam) that hosts our servers and database, where your waiting-list record is stored, and delivers the confirmation and beta-update emails we send you.
- Google (Analytics) — measures how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, no data is sent to Google. This may involve a transfer of usage data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google (Forms) — hosts the interest-registration form through which we collect your full name, email address, company, and role. Responses are stored in Google Workspace and may involve a transfer of data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Stripe — our payment processor. We don't take payments during the closed beta, so no payment data is collected yet; Stripe will process billing details once paid plans launch after the beta.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@ambassadors.com . If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Retention
We keep waiting-list entries until the beta program ends or until you ask us to delete your record — whichever comes first.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
