Acceptance

By using this website, joining the Mosa waiting list, or participating in the beta program, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Mosa is a workflow orchestration product operated by Ambassadors Lab. It's currently in private beta. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may suspend or end the beta program without notice.

The waiting list

Joining the Mosa waiting list does not create an account, grant you access to the product, or entitle you to any current or future version of the service. We may invite waiting-list members in any order, at any time, or not at all, at our sole discretion.

If we invite you to join the beta, you'll be asked to complete a separate account setup. That process includes providing billing information and accepting any pricing terms that apply at the time. You will not be charged for Mosa unless and until you've completed account setup and confirmed your billing details.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Mosa. By submitting the waiting-list form you confirm that you are.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit information that isn't yours or that you don't have permission to share.
• Probe, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the website or backend.
• Use the service to produce content that's illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

User content & likeness

When you upload media (images, video, audio, or other files) to Mosa, or use media as input to AI features, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the media or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to upload it and to use it with Mosa's generation and processing features.
• If the media depicts identifiable people, you have obtained their consent to use their likeness for AI generation and related processing in Mosa — and for any minors, the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Your use of the media and any outputs you generate will not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any third party, and will not violate applicable law.

You are solely responsible for media you upload and for outputs you create. To provide the service, we may send your media to third-party AI providers (for example video or image generation APIs). You agree to indemnify and hold Ambassadors Lab harmless from claims arising out of your media, likeness use, or outputs, to the extent permitted by law.

The product may ask you to confirm these warranties again in-app before your first upload. That confirmation does not replace these terms.

Intellectual property

The Mosa name, brand, website, and product are owned by Ambassadors Lab. You retain ownership of any content you create using Mosa during the beta. We claim no rights over your workflows or their outputs.

No warranties

The service is provided "as is" during the beta. We don't guarantee uptime, availability, accuracy of outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ambassadors Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the beta program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
